Accommodations for Disability

The Three Rivers Training Center is committed to providing high quality educational programs to mental health professionals. Participant satisfaction is important to us. Payment
Payment for a Training must be received in full prior to the Training start date. If you opted for a payment plan, you will be billed for half of the cost of training upon registration. The second half will be billed automatically in one month.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) 30 calendar days before the start of the course to receive a full refund. Any cancellations received in writing (email is acceptable) 15 calendar days before the start of the course will be subject to an administration fee dependent on the particular course up to $100. Cancellations made less than 15 after this date will be charged the full Training registration fee. Registrants who do not attend on the day(s) of the Training will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged the full Training registration fee. We regret that registrations may not be possible to transfer to another Training.
Changing to a Different Training Format
This training is offered in two formats: in person and live streaming. If you wish to change the training format selected during registration, all requests must be submitted via email to Carol Miles at cmiles@tulane.edu at least 10 business days (2 weeks) prior to the first day of the training or program to ensure the availability of sufficient facilitators and training staff for each type of training.
